Ana Lyn Seva, fondly known as “ANA”, a self-discovered painter, painted her first canvas in 2020 during the pandemic lockdown in Malaysia. Now residing in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, Ana is a Filipino from Manila. Ana found her happy place in the abstracts of imagination where she gets lost in her own world when she is painting. This humble beginning soon flowed into painting for friends, and friends of friends.

Opportunity beckoned during this period with one of her paintings exhibited in a local on-going exhibition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The particular painting, entitled “LOCKDOWN” was selected to represent Malaysia in an art exhibition in Surrey, London. This development gave Ana the boost of confidence and encouragement to take her painting to the next level. 

Soon after, an opportunity was presented to paint for the newly established hotel ‘Fairfield by Marriott’ in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Her paintings are now part of the decor at the hotel including the VIP lounge, grand lobby, elevator lobbies on each floor and restaurant. 

In 2022, three of her paintings from the local exhibition were purchased by “Aurelius Hospital” in Nilai, Negri Sembilan and exhibited in the Cancer Rehabilitation Center to represent courage and hope. In May 2023, her paintings took flight once again to be exhibited at the prestigious, “ASIA ART SHOW“ in Sydney, Australia.
